BOR 99/03 - The Revocation of BOR#99/1 [Rescinded]

AND

IN THE MATTER OF THE REVOCATION OF BOR#99/1

Revocation Order Under Section 171 of the Securities Act

WHEREAS on April 28, 1999, the Commission issued BOR#99/1 to provide an exemption from section 61 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 for Short Form Offerings provided that, among other things, the securities distributed are of a class listed for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange;

AND WHEREAS on June 24, 1999 the Commission issued BOR#99/2 to replace BOR#99/1 to expand the exemption to distributions of units consisting of unlisted warrants and listed securities, provided that the issuer distributing the securities satisfies certain criteria;

AND WHEREAS the Commission considers that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest;

IT IS ORDERED under section 171 of the Securities Act that BOR#99/1 is revoked.
