NIN 97/21 - Amendments to the Forms [NIN - Rescinded]

Effective June 27, 1997, the Executive Director is specifying, in accordance with section 182 of the Securities Act, amendments to certain required forms under the Securities Act. The purpose of these amendments is to update section references to the current Securities Act, Securities Regulation, and Securities Rules and to make minor wording changes necessitated by amendments to the legislation. The amendments are attached to this Notice and relate to Forms 1, 1A, 2, 8, 11, 12, 12A, 12B, 13, 14, 14A, 14B, 15, 16, 20A (IP), 20A (NIP), 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 39, 40, 43, 43A, 43B, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 58, 60, 69 and 70.

As Forms 4B, 7 and 7X are preprinted forms, they have not been amended at this time to update section references in the legislation. They will be amended in due course.
