Order Under Section 48
If a person has applied for registration under section 34 of the Act, and if the Executive Director has posted notice of the person’s registration on the Commission’s website at www.bcsc.bc.ca, then that person may
(a) trade in a security or an exchange contract,
(b) act as an underwriter, or
(c) act as an adviser.
