The Commission, having considered that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, orders that effective April 21, 2004 the attached BC Instrument 51-506 entitled Exemption for Reporting Issuers from the Requirement to File Report (BCI 51-506) is made. Effective June 1, 2004, BCI 51-506 is revoked.

Exemption
1. A reporting issuer is exempt from the requirement in section 184(2) of the Securities Rules.
