2. Section 3.1 is amended by striking out “using the exemption in section 2.16” and substituting “using the exemptions in sections 2.16 and 3.16”.
3. Section 4.1 is amended by striking out “section 2.25 of that instrument” and substituting “sections 2.25 and 3.25 of that instrument”, by striking out “section 2.24 of that instrument” and substituting “sections 2.24 and 3.24 of that instrument”, and by striking out “Section 2.25 requires” and substituting “Sections 2.25 and 3.25 require”.
4. This instrument comes into force September 28, 2009.
