The British Columbia Securities Commission having considered that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, orders that effective January 4, 2005 the following instruments are revoked:
1. BC Instrument 52-501 entitled Consent - Use of Foreign GAAP in Continuous Disclosure Filings by Issuers Using OSC Prospectus Rule made on December 31, 2000, and
2. BC Instrument 52-503 entitled Continuing Relief for Financial Statements of Certain Foreign Issuers made on March 28, 2001.
