Use of Currencies used in Material filed with Securities Regulatory Authorities
This Notice provides guidance to issuers that publish financial information in a currency other than the Canadian dollar.
If an issuer publishes, or includes in a filed document, financial information in a currency other than the Canadian dollar, the issuer should identify the currency used and provide the exchange rate into Canadian dollars at the most recent practicable date.
