The British Columbia Securities Commission, having considered that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, orders that the attached BC Instrument 55-502 entitled “Extension of Filing and Reporting Deadlines for the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI)” is made.  Section 1 is effective October 29, 2001; and Section 2 is effective from November 13, 2001 to and including December 16, 2001.

Extension of Filing and Reporting Deadlines for the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI)

Order Under Section 187 of the Securities Act

1. National Instrument 55-102 System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) is varied as follows:

(a) In section 7.1, “five business days” is replaced with “twenty-one days”.

(b) In section 7.2, “November 13, 2001” is replaced with “December 17, 2001”.

(c) In section 8.1(2), “November 13, 2001” is replaced with “December 17, 2001”.

2. Section 155.1(2) of the Securities Rules is varied from November 13, 2001 to and including December 16, 2001, by changing the prescribed period from “10 days after the change takes place” to “10 days after the end of the month in which the change takes place”.
