 The Commission, having considered that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, orders that, effective June 1, 2005,

1.   the attached National Instrument 71-102 entitled Continuous Disclosure and Other Exemptions Relating to Foreign Issuers is made, and

2.   National Instrument 71-102 dated March 30, 2004 is revoked.
