Order under Section 187 of the Securities Act

Definitions

In this Instrument:

"MI 45-102" means Multilateral Instrument 45-102 Resale of Securities.

Interpretation

Unless the context otherwise requires, terms defined in the Act or the Securities Rules have the same meaning in this Instrument.

Order

1. Appendix D to MI 45-102 is varied by adding the following: "section 74(2)(11)(iii) of the Securities Act (British Columbia)".

2. Appendix H to MI 45-102 is varied by adding the following: "section 74(2)(8) or 74(2)(11)(iii) of the Securities Act (British Columbia) if the security acquired by the underwriter was initially acquired under section 74(2)(15) of the Securities Act (British Columbia)".
