1 BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets is amended by this instrument.
2. Subsection 10(1) is amended by striking out “except for the exemption in section 2.16” and substituting “except for the exemptions in sections 2.16 and 3.16”.
3. Section 14 is amended by striking out “Section 2.14” and substituting “Sections 2.14 and 3.14” and by striking out “does” and substituting “do”.
4. This instrument comes into force September 28, 2009.
